We have to highly appreciate everything that God gives us in our church. Getting used to everything we have means we stop valuing it and as a result lose it afterwards. Church is of great importance in God’s eyes, and it must be highly valuable to all of us.

On February 11 2010 an unusual service was held in the central church. As previously announced, seminars on the topic "How to overcome a crisis?" were scheduled for the period from 8 to 11 February. However, the fourth day of the teaching coincided with pastor Bose Adelaja’s birthday, and, of course, the evening service could not hold without gifts, greetings and birthday wishes for the celebrant.

February 9, 2010, Kiev, the second seminar on “How to overcome crisis?” was held at the Embassy of God church. The main speaker was the senior pastor of the Embassy of God church Sunday Adelaja.

"Football against drugs and crime" is a smithy of real professionals

Recently a formal ceremony awarding coaching certificates to graduates of the League of Football against drugs and crime was held.

At the ceremony a chairman of the Football Federation of Kiev, Igor Kochetov, gave a welcome speech to the graduates.

Kochetov Igor thanked the guys saying "that, despite yesterday’s problems, you were able to pull yourself together and find your place in this difficult time. Keep it up!”

23 participants took part in the coaching courses. In the faculty of teachers there were honored football coaches of Ukraine. Each graduate had an opportunity to open sports sections, taking part in the proper upbringing of the younger generation.

An unusual service took place at the Central Church on January 31, 2010. On Sunday afternoon “God’s embassy” Church members had a unique opportunity to hear a prophecy from a Nigerian prophet Tunde Bakare.

Long before Tunde Bakare arrived, a great job had been done in thoroughly informing the church members about the Nigerian Apostle, his spiritual gifts and his crucial visits. Yet, even when being thus informed no one could imagine what to expect on Sunday service.

I REALLY THANK GOD FOR MY LIFE

I count it a great honor and, indeed, a gracious gift from God to be celebrating my birthday again. This is my thirty-seventh birthday and I really thank God for the potential He has entrusted to me. Many (including Jesus) did not get to see their thirty-seventh birthday, and this is certainly not because I am better, but simply because God has a purpose for protecting me and keeping me alive to this day.

It’s only God who can give, save and protect life. In fact, life itself is so delicate and volatile that only God can truly cope with it. I am so fortunate to be a Christian and a precious child of God. I am blessed to be serving in His house. God is my greatest treasure and, only because He bears my burdens, life is bearable for me.
