 PROPHECY
PASTOR SUNDAY ADELAJA: THE YEAR OF 2010 IS THE YEAR OF GOD’S TRIUMPH
Lord, we thank You for today, we are humbling before You, worshiping and honoring You. We are inviting You to be the most honorable guest of this feast. Let this feast last till the end of the next year and future period. We receive that the next year will be the year of God’s triumph. We believe in the Heavenly triumph of “God’s Embassy”. We receive our healing by Your Holy Spirit. We thank You for the great joy. Glory to You, Lord! In the name of Jesus Christ! Amen. Lord, speak to us through Your Word that this Word would become our life. In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
This year has been announced as a year of God’ triumph and it will come true for us. God has spoken to us about that.
My friends, there is a regularity in God’s Word. It says that every time when God’s people were held in servitude, had their rights infringed upon, humiliated or under attack, after the attack (provided that God’s people draw the right conclusion, repent and stand on the right path) God surely begins to arrange the triumph. You can find dozens of verses in the Scripture that can prove it.
Last year was the year of God’s judgment and truth. After that year we believe that everyone drew the right conclusion; if it was necessary to change, we changed; if we needed to repent, we repented; and now we have a right to expect, by faith, the triumph and a prepared table from God. That why we release and announce in the name of Jesus Christ that the year of 2010 will be the year of the triumph.
2 Kings 7:1-2, Elisha said, “Hear the word of the Lord. This is what the Lord says: About this time tomorrow, a seah of flour will sell for shekel and two seah of barley for a shekel at the gate of Samaria.”The officer on whose arm the king was leaning said to the man of God, “Look, even if the Lord should open the floodgates of heavens, could this happen?” “You will see it with your own eyes,” answered Elisha, “but you will not eat any of it!”
Syria formed a siege around God’s people in Samaria and there was no chance to break out from that situation in their eyes.
2 Kings 6:24-29 shows how awful that siege was. In Samaria there was such crisis that people began to eat each other. Even the king had no food and needed help. The king understood that only God could help them come out of such a crisis.
Just imagine that a donkey’s head was being sold for an equivalent of $2 mln (converted to modern currency) at that time in Samaria! Who could buy it? That kind of desperation pushed people towards cannibalism. The situation was horrible. And then the king heard that parents began to eat their own children…
It is unnatural for parents to eat their own children. They would rather sacrifice themselves. But the situation seemed to be such dire that they did not see any other way.
…When the king heard it, he tore his robes. His torn robes were a sign of his humbleness, contrition and repentance before the Lord. The king himself was committing wrongdoings, but at such hard time he understood that only God could help them! He understood that it was God’s judgment and God’s punishment for people and, if God did not help them and did not deliver them from that situation, no one would survive.
When faced with such a severe punishment and harsh conditions, people eating one another, it might seem that even God could not help. The situation was so desperate, that when the prophet came to the king with a word from God, saying that He would improve the condition, the officer did not believe that God’s word will came true and that God was powerful to change the situation most dramatically!
Perhaps, somebody is now in the same situation – the business is at a standstill, difficulties in all areas of life and there is no ray of hope in life. But if God sees torn robes and your contrition He shows the way! He does not just deliver and save, He arranges the feast!
God is always true to Himself! In the case with Samaria He sent a prophet to say that no matter what the situation or circumstances are, He is God, who arranges the feast for His people and He is still God of the triumph.
No matter how huge the problem is or what the reality is in your life God has not changed His place! He is still the God, who turns the situations for good, who can arrange the feast for His people, triumphing and preparing a table in the presence of His enemies.
I am prophesying that everything what was dead will return to life this year in the name of Jesus! I am proclaiming God’s life! Let the Holy Spirit bring His life into the dead circumstances at home, family, property, etc. – into hopeless situations. Let Him inspire and animate them. I am proclaiming a way out of problems, deliverance and the triumph in the name of Jesus Christ.
Use this prophetic word for yourself now. Look at your hopeless situation and begin to see how dramatically it will turn out. It will not be a turn step-by-step, but an abrupt turn in 2010 in the name of Jesus!

With humbleness and contrition accept this prophetic word which will be fulfilled in your life.
4 Kings 7:16-20
God lives! For one night and for one day the Lord turned the situation that the food in the country went down in price in a million times!
This year everything will be according to His Word! Proclaim impossible things! Proclaim God’s feast in all spheres of your life, proclaim God’s life!
As the king wanted God to do it for Samaria he tore his robes to show his repentance and contrition. If we want to have God’s changes in our life we need to repent sincerely. God needs complete contrition of our heart to see that we will not do things we used to do and we will not go the ways we used to go. We will not compromise anymore and we want God to be the first priority in all spheres of our life.
Help us, God, to live according to Your standard and Your truth! Forgive me, Lord, make me clean within by Your blood!
We are entering the New Year with God’s blessing. Give Him thanks! Proclaim God’s blessing, grace and His saving hand upon every area of our life!
